Kashmir province under-25 Chess Championship 2019 concluded on Tuesday at TRC Cricket Hut Dalgate Srinagar.
According to a statement, the championship was sponsored byJ&K State Sports Council and the first three players from Kashmir Valleywill represent J&K state national under 25 chess championship 2019 to be held at Jammu from 01-08-2019 to 07-08-2019.
NadeemHussain from Budgam bagged 1st position, Burhan Ahmad from Srinagar secured 2nd position,Jasim Ahmad from Srinagar secured 3rd position, MasifaIshaq fromAnantnag secured 4th position, MushtaqAhmad Malik from Budgam secured 5th position.
It was for the first time that All J&K Chess Associationhas organized separate chess championship for under 25 category in Kashmir.
