National Conference leader Farooq Ahmad Shah along with Former Minister Javid Ahamd Dar Sunday kick started Kunzar Premier League (KPL) at Kunzer.
According to a statement, 64 teams of the Tangmargconstituency are participating in this 6th edition of the tournament which isbeing organised by the Farooq Shah.
“Gulmarg constituency was rich in sporting talent withyouth already having received acknowledgement in Ski sports throughout theworld. Now the local talent needs to be channelized in a proper way byproviding platforms like this tournament,” Shah said.
Former Deputy Commissioner turned politician Shaukat AhmadMir and a large number of locals were also present in the inaugural match whichwas played between Shooch Palpora and Groom Ahmadpora teams.
