Live Fit, the fitness consultants and nutritionist outlet was inaugurated at Baghat here on Sunday.
Live Fit is venture of certified fitness trainer Haider Baigand has been established at Baghat while as inauguration ceremony was held atHotel New Park Boulevard.
Live Fit offers vast range of services, like personaltraining, small group personal training’s, custom diet plans, customized workout plans, fat to fit, bridal fitness plans, online training programs as wellas physique and figure transformation.
Speaking during the opening ceremony Haider Baig who alsoruns the fitness centre said that it has been his dream to start a venture thatwill solely work on improving the fitness and health of the people living invalley.
“It is all because of the passion to make people’s livesbetter and healthy that I shifted my profession from being A practicing lawyerto fitness trainer and consultant,” said Haider Baig.
“When I came back to Valley after studying outside the stateI tried to look for the fitness trainers with knowledge but I couldn’t findany. Then I looked on the internet and searched for information of becoming thefitness expert. I went to pursue the courses and learn practically what ittakes to become expert trainer and consultant,” he said.
He said that Live Fit is step in the direction to make peopleof Kashmir aware about the various ways of caring about their health.
“To have gym is one thing but to have someone to guide youthrough professional customized plans is next level. Live Fit is here to helppeople in achieving maximum results of their hard work in gymnasiums andoutdoor trainings,” he added.
