Basketball coach Mir Mursaleen has become first Kashmiri to qualify for B-Panel basketball referee course.
The referees examination was conducted during the NationalBasketball Championships held in the year 2018 under the aegis of BasketballFederation of India. After qualifyingthe course Mursaleen is now eligible to officiate National level matches.
