In the ongoing Sopore Super League, Affarwat-XI defeated Mars-XI by 37 runs at Noorgah Stadium Sopore.
After winning the toss Affarwat-XI posted 224 runs for the loss of nine wickets in allotted 30 overs. Ashique with 75 runs was highest scorer for them while as Waheed scored 45. Naseer made quick fire 36. For Mars Club, Imran took five wickets.
In reply Mars-XI lost wickets at regular intervals and eventually lost the match by37 runs. Nayeem with 48 runs was highest scorer for them while as Amin Yousuf took four wickets and Showkat took two wickets for Affarwat-XI. Mars-XI got all out for 187 runs. Ashiq was adjudged as player of the match.
