Students from SP College here participated in National Integration Camp (NIC).
The event was organized by office of NSS ProgrammeCoordinator, NSS University of Jammu and New Delhi Regional Directorate of NSS,Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
A statement said the participants from Gujarat, Chandigarh,Tamil Nadu, Orissa, Jharkhand, Uttrakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Assam andJammu and Kashmir attended the camp.
A group of seven students from SP College were part of 33NSS volunteers from J&K who participated in the activities including skit,best out of waste, slogan writing, drawing, rangoli, group dance, groupsinging, solo dance and solo singing competitions.
The volunteers bagged 3rd position in group dance and groupsinging, said the statement. The team from SP College was led by NSS ProgrammeOfficer Prof Ruheena Tabassum.
