The ongoing Premier League J&K tournament saw volleyball and football matches played played at Sports Stadium Baramulla under the district’s leg on Sunday. Two matches in each sports including volleyball and football were played.
In volleyball’s first match saw Spiker General Store beat Uri Star by 3-1 sets, while in the second match Striker Club beat Zainagair XI by 3-0 sets.
In football FC Dash Baramulla beat Ziya FC Andergam by 3-2 goals in the first match, while as second match between Hyder FC and Sobber United ended in a draw.
The league is being organised by J&K Sports Council in collaboration with Football and Volleyball Associations.
