State University Championship KU teams continue winning march

The boys team defeated Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University in a closely contested match by 3-2 sets. Soon after the girls team defeated SMVD University by 3-0 sets.

Continuing its winning march in the ongoing first State University Championship, Kashmir University men and women volleyball teams qualified for the finals. 

The  boys team defeated Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University in a closely contested match by 3-2 sets. Soon after the girls team defeated SMVD University by 3-0 sets.

Meanwhile Kashmir University cricket team   confirmed their place in semifinals by beating Central University of Jammu.

Batting first Kashmir University scored 136 runs in allotted 12 overs (reduced due to bad weather). Saabit scored 51 runs and was supported well by Irfan who scored 27 runs.

In reply Central University Jammu were bundled for  91 runs . Khalid Syed of Kashmir University picked up four wickets.
