J&K finished its campaign in the Women’s Cricket Under 19 One-Day League winless as they suffered crushing 174 run defeat against Vidarbha in their last match at Sanguem Cricket Gound, Sanguem, Goa on Sunday.
Batting first, Vidarbha scored 236 runs for the loss of all wickets in allotted 50 overs. Aayushi Thakre with 70 run knock was highest scorer for them while as MS Bodkhe scored 57. Rupali Sahare scored 40. For J&K, Rudrakshi Chib took three wickets while as Ananaya Sharma took two wickets. Sinika, Khusboo and Nancy took one wicket each.
In reply, J&K got all out for, 62 run total in 30.3 overs. Only one batswomen from J&K, Lalita was able to reach double figures, scoring 15. For Vidarbha, Janhvi Ranganathan took three wickets while as Anjali, Monika, Aayushi and Achal took one wicket each.
It was seventh match played by J&K in the event and they were unable to win a single one. They finished at bottom of the points table in the group of eight teams.
