U-19 Women’s Cricket T20 League: J&K bundled out for 32 against Baroda, lose the match by 9 wickets

J&K were bundled out for 32 runs as they suffered 9-wicket defeat against Baroda in the match of the ongoing Women’s Cricket Under-19 T20 League (2018-19) at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot on Friday.

J&K Under-19 women’s team showed another dismal performance as they were bundled out for paltry total of 32 runs while batting first against Baroda. It was a batting horror show from J&K side as none of the batswoman was able to reach double figures. J&K inning included three ducks and Kajal Baghat with seven runs was the highest scorer. For Baroda, Richa Ajay took three wickets while as Ridhi Maurya took two.

   

In reply, Baroda achieved the target for the loss of one wicket in mere 5.4 overs. Only wicket to fall in the inning was of Desai who was given out mankading. Amrita with unbeaten 26 was the highest scorer for Baroda.

It is the second consecutive defeat for J&K side in the tournament after having lost against Uttar Pradesh in earlier match. J&K so far has played three matches and now have suffered two defeats and registered one win.
