J&K registered its third win in the ongoing Under-23 OneDay League as they beat Rajasthan by 28 runs at KL Saini Stadium, Jaipur onThursday.
Batting first, J&K scored 285 runs for the loss of ninewickets in allotted 50 overs. It was collective effort with almost all thebatsman contributing to the total. Samad with 54 runs was highest scorer forthem while as Musaif Ajaz scored 45. Yudhamanyu Singh with 42, Jiyaad Magreywith 40 and Abid Mushtaq with 20 were scorers for them. For Rajasthan, VO Johartook three wickets while as SS Diwan and SK Sharma took two wickets each.
In reply, Rajasthan got all out for 257 runs in 48.5 overs.AM Gigna with 67 runs was highest scorer while as SF Khan scored 50. ForJ&K, Irfan Haq took four wickets while as Saksham Sharma took three. SahilLotra and Abid Mushtaq took one each. J&K won match by 28 runs.
J&K after playing seven matches in the tournament havebeen able to win three while it suffered defeat in four.
