Kashmir Welfare Trust (KWT), a voluntary organisation has expressed concerned over installation of electric lines close to dwellings constructed by it at Rakh-e-Arth. 

Chairman KWT Manzoor Ahmad Wangnoo said PDD has installed the electric poles and poles close to the dwellers for Dal dwellers, who have been rehabilitated by the trust at Rakh-e-Arth.

“These electric wires pose risk pose risk to the dwellers. I make a fervent appeal to deputy commissioner Srinagar who also heads LAWDA to look into the matter and direct the PDD authorities to shift the electric lines and poles at the earliest,” Wangnoo added.
