Police today arrested 4 gamblers at Lal Bazar area here.
Police spokesperson in a statement said a team of police station Lal Bazar led by SHO G P Singh under the supervision of SDPO Hazratbal Rameez Rashid Bhat, raided a gaming site at Badamwari Lalbazar and apprehended four gamblers.
“Stake money of Rs 31000 was seized on the spot and all the four gamblers were arrested. In this connection case FIR No.
16/2010 u/s 13 Gambling Act stands registered,” thestatement added.
