The residents of Toyiba Colony, Airport Road, Peerbagh Srinagar have appealed DC Srinagar and the Irrigation and Flood Control Chief Engineer to get the culvert completed in their colony, the work on which was started in October 2019.
The residents said the contractor has dug up the main road of the colony and the drain and left the work mid-way, posing great risk to the children and the elderly, while causing immense inconvenience to the drivers.
