Burglars struck at historic Aali Kadal Masjid and decamped with valuables in wee hours today.
Locals said that burglary took place after morningprayers. “We found several itemsmissing in the masjid and informed police,” said Mubashir Ahmad, a local.
Police said burglars have decamped with DVR of CCTV systemalso. “We have registered a case andinvestigations have been taken up,” he said.
In recent past few months, various theft cases have beenreported in different parts of Srinagar. In some cases, police has cracked thecases.
