Police ,on the directions of the SSP Srinagar, Wednesday launched a special drive gainst heavy motor vehicles including tippers and trucks using pressure horns in the city, particularly during night hours.
A statement said police have received many complaints from general public that pressure horns were being used by heavy vehicles thereby causing public nuisance and deafening sound which gives sleepless nights to the residents.
