Residents of Firdous Colony Eidgah here have decried frequent waterlogging in the area and urged authorities to make dewatering arrangements.
A delegation from the area said they are facing immense problems due to persistent waterlogging in past two months. “Drains here have got choked causing frequent waterlogging after even light rains.
This has hampered our movement. If the situation continues like this, there is risk of spreading of water borne diseases. We make a fervent appeal to SMC commissioner to look into the matter,” they said.
