General Administration Department (GAD) today established winter secretariat at Srinagar.
“In a partial modification of Government order number 979-JK (GAD) of 2020 dated 21.0.2020, it is hereby ordered that Principal Secretary, Public Work (R&B) Shailendra Kumar shall attend winter secretariat at Srinagar from February, 2021 instead of January 16 and January 30, 2021,” an order issued by GAD said.
