Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA) on Monday carried a demolition drive in various areas here.
In a statement, the LAWDA enforcement wing said during thedemolition drive at Drugjan, Konakhan Dalgate and Shahdad Bagh Habak, fourillegal structures were demolished, including two residential houses and twoshops.
“Pertinently, the authorities have earlier issued noticebanning all types of construction during lockdown period within itsjurisdiction to contain spread of COVID-19,” the statement added
