A book release function was organized by Jammu and Kashmir Fiction Writers Guild at Hotel Shahanshah palace here.
The function was presided over by noted author, Prof ShafiShauq while Prof Yasmeen Ashai Principal Govt College for Women, M A Road wasthe guest of honour.

The first edition of the novel “Mystery of Blue Roses’by Mahpara Khan was released on the occasion by Prof Shafi Shauq and ProfYasmeen Ashai.
The novel ispublished by Aditya Publication House and is available online. Book review waspresented by Mushtaq Barq.
The organisers in a statement said Mahpara khan a buddingnovelist, short story writer and a book reviewer. “She is one of the youngest female writers of Jammu andKashmir, who has written three volumes of fantasy,” it said.
