Former Dean and Head, Department of Education Prof Mahmood Ahmed Khan, has been appointed as director Directorate of Distance Education University of Kashmir.
An order to this effect was issued last week by DeputyRegistrar Administration- Teaching Wing KU
In a statement, KU said Prof. Khan has more 30 years ofteaching and research experience at University level. Besides having 85research papers published in National and International journals, he has threebooks on different educational arenas to his credit. Besides 16 M. Phil scholars,Prof. Khan has supervised 19 scholars at doctoral level.
He has presented his research papers in more than fiftyconferences and seminars at National and International level.
