Mader-e-Meharban Institute of Nursing Sciences and Research (MMINSR), Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Science shere Wednesday organised its 6th Annual Day at the institute auditorium.
The Annual Day preceded by three-day seminar on “An updateon perspectives in Maternal and Reproductive health” with focus on maternalhealth and nursing, said an official statement.
The Director SKIMS Prof Omar Javed Shah, who was chief gueston the occasion assured full support to the nursing institute and said allrequired facilities will be provided to it as academics was top priority atSKIMS.
“The institute deserves appropriate attention for its growthand development,” he added.
Organizing chairman, Principal, of the nursing instituteProf Dilshada Wani gave a detailed account on maternal health scenario atnational level.
She stressed for female education for best healthcarepractices.
Organizing secretary Ruqaia Shah also spoke on the occasionand welcomed all the guests who were present on the occasion.
