Residents of Tengpora here Monday appealed Power Development Department (PDD) to restore power supply to the area.
A resident, Abdul Majeed said the locality near PumpStation, Hanfia Masjid Sharief, Bypass was reeling under darkness for the last10 days.
“The transformer developed some technical snag, but theauthorities have failed to repair it. We took up the matter with authoritiesconcerned but out pleas have fallen on deaf ears,” he said.
The locals appealed PDD authorities to look into the matter.
