A book release function was organised by ‘Karam Buland folk theatre’ in collaboration with the JKCC at J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages at Lal Mandi.
The book ‘Vule asnavat’ has been written by Yousuf Gulshan.
This book is a collection of humours and satirical articles.It was released by Director Information Gulzar Shabnam who was chief guest ofthe function.
“This book is a treasure in the field of humourand Yousuf Gulshan deserves all theappreciation,” Gulzar said.
Zarief Ahmad Zarief and Shaad Ramzan were the guests ofhonour. Zarief Ahmad Zarief highlightedimportance of humour writing.
The function was anchored by noted writer Nisar Naseem.”There is a dire need to encourage genuine and real talent,” Naseemsaid.
Kalaam-e-YousufGulshan was presented by singer Tariq Ahmad. The function was attended by manywell known writers, poets and broadcaster
