Residents of Abu Baker Colony Habak on Thursday have complained of acute shortage of drinking water in the area from past several months.
A delegation of locals said owing to water shortage, they face immense problems. “We had apprised authorities from PHE about the problem, but no measures have been taken to restore water supply so far,” said a local.
The delegation appealed to advisors to Governor and chief engineer PHE to look into the matter. “If water supply is not restored at earliest, we will be forced to stage protests,” they said.
