To commemorate the World Book Day, Department of Libraries and Research organized a book exhibition at S.P.S. Library here.
The day is observed annually across the world to promotebook reading culture.
Deputy Director Libraries and Research Shaheena Khaninaugurated the exhibition where collection of books including Quranicmanuscripts, paintings, references andsome rare books were put on display. Meanwhile, similar function to showcaserare books was held at District Library Kupwara. People from all walks of lifeturned up at the book exhibition.
