SThe National Investigation Agency has summoned Anees-ul-Islam, grandson of Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman Syed Ali Shah Geelani, for questioning.
Anees, whose father Altaf Shah (Fantosh) isin Tihar Jail since 2017 in an alleged funding case, has been asked to appearfor questioning at NIA headquarters in New Delhi on May 6.
“Whereas it appears that you are acquaintedwith the circumstances of the case noted below, which is now underinvestigation by the NIA, you are hereby required to appear at NationalInvestigation Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs, Opposite CGO Complex, LodhiRoad New Delhi on 06.05.2019 at 1000 hrs. for the purpose of your examinationrelating to the case,” the NIA summon to Anees reads.
