Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered placement of 10 diploma holder Road and Building (R&B) Department engineers as incharge Executive Engineers (XENs).
A government order said that AEEs (Civil), Nand Kishore,Raman Kumar, Avtar Krishan Trakroo, Ashwani Kumar, Arvinder Singh, Vijay KumarSumbriya, Sajad Ahmed Shantoo, Ravinder Kumar Dhar have been placed as XENs intheir own pay and grade for a period of six months or till the confirmation byJ&K PSC/DPC whichever is earlier.
The engineers on being placed as incharge XENs shall nothave preferential right for promotion during regularization/confirmation andtheir placement shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any,pending before the competent court(s) of law.
