Additional Director General of Police Headquarters A G Mir on Thursday reviewed the arrangements for 31st Police Public Mela at a meeting of police officers held at PHQ here, a police spokesman said.
He said the mela isbeing organised by J&K Police Wives Welfare Association (PWWA) at GulshanGround Jammu on March 17, 2019 (Sunday).
The ADGP sought details from chairmen of different committees, constituted for making different arrangements for smooth conduct of mela.
He advised the officers present in the meeting to work in coordination with each other and make all arrangements including security in and around the venue. Traffic and parking arrangements at the venue were also discussed in the meeting.
