National Conference youth provincial president Salman Sagar on Sunday said that NC has to be strengthened to safeguard special identity of Jammu and Kashmir.
While addressing a youth convention at Sonawar, Salaman said that “YNC has taken a pledge to defeat evil designs of BJP and RSS and continue its fight to safeguard Article 370 and 35A.”
Salman Sagar urged youth to come forward to strengthen the party which has “always stood for regional identity of the state.”
He said that NC is committed to safeguard interests of the youth and it was during Omar Abdullah led regime that many schemes that were aimed at empowering youth were rolled out.
Senior YNC leader Ahsan Pardesi, who had organised the convention, urged the youth to come forward to stop BJP from making inroads into Kashmir .
Terming the delaying of assembly elections in state a conspiracy, Pardesi said that people will give befitting reply to PDP and BJP for the severe damage they have caused to the state.
