A youth was killed while two others were critically wounded in a road accident on the Srinagar-Jammu National highway at Awantipora on Saturday.
As per reports, a bike collided with a light motor passengervehicle near toll plaza Kachachkot area of Awantipora on Saturday evening.
One youth identified as Aqif Ahmad Reshi of Rambagh Srinagardied on the spot while two others were seriously injured.
The injured were reffered to Srinagar for advancedtreatment. Meanwhile, police has registered a case and initiated proceedings.
