To review record of J&K cadre IAS officers, General Administration Department (GAD) Monday re-constituted a three-member committee headed by J&K Chief Secretary, BVR Subrahmanyam.
The committee will review the records of members of IASofficers of J&K cadre who have completed 15 to 20 years of services underRule 16 (3) of All India Services (Death-cum-Retirement Benefit) Rules, 1958.
The committee comprises Financial Commissioner, Health andMedical Education, Atal Dulloo as member, Secretary General AdministrationDepartment as member secretary and one apex-scale level IAS officer to benominated subsequently.
