Lot of traffic movement was observed in city Centre Lal Chowk on Monday with Unlock 1, announced by the union home ministry taking effect from today. However, shopkeepers were not allowed by the district administration to open their shops as Srinagar has been classified as a red zone in view of surge in Covid-19 cases.
