Poonch , Mar 7: One person was killed and other others injured in a road accident at Shindhara village of Poonch district this evening.
The incident occurred when an autorickshaw JK12C 5977, plying on Shindhara road, skidded off the road and fell into a gorge.
Police said among the injured Mohammad Dawood son of Mohammad Yaqoob resident of Dingla succumbed to his injuries. The three other injured persons have been hospitalised.
They were identified as Mohammad Idrees son of Mohammad Yaqoob, Mohammad Ishfaq son of Mohammad Yousuf and Tanvir Ahmed son of Khadim Hussain residents of Dingla.
Police has registered a case and started investigations.
