To boost the morale of Government Schools, Member Legislative Council and State Vice President of BJP-Advocate Vibodh Gupta today visited Girls High School Muradpur and felicitated a meritorious student.
Advocate Gupta along with Chief Education Officer Rajouri-Abdul Hameed Fani visited the School and honoured Sanjna Sharma, daughter of Satpal for scoring 80% marks in recently declared result of matric examination.
Speaking during a function, Vibodh said that the need of the hour is to upgrade the human resource and infrastructure in the government institutions across the State which according to him is the only solution to take people out of misery.
He stressed that the state government must give maximum emphasis on the development of girl child and it must gear-up the centrally sponsored schemes in every district and block of the State.
Gupta further said that Modi government in Centre and BJP-PDP government at state have taken education on priority and both governments are working to boost government schools.
Terming it a changing scene of government schools, Vibodh said that this girl has not only brought laurels for her parents and schools but has become an example for all schools of Pir Panchal area
He further asked the Education Department to start a State wide campaign so that the poor people living in the remote villages and areas of the State would get maximum benefit of this scheme.
