The Pakistani boy nabbed on Line of Control in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district by army yesterday had come for clicking photographs and to collect other details of border area reportedly after asked for the same by some militant outfits, police sources said on Saturday.
"He didn't cross LOC inadvertently but with a definite plan. "We can't divulge much details, questioning of the boy is still going on " sources said.
However they claimed that the boy has told the interrogators that he was sent on LoC for clicking photographs and to get details of LoC area.
"The said boy also dropped some of his items along LoC and we are going to start an operation to recover these " sources further disclosed.
Pakistani boy identified as 12 years old Ashfaq Ali Chouhan son of Malik Hussain resident of village Dungapel, Tehsil Samani in Bhimber District of PaK was nabbed by a patrol party of army in Nowshera after he crossed over LoC into this side.
Later he was handed over to police for further investigation and a case in FIR no 64/2017 US 2/3 E&IMCO Act was registered at Police Station Nowshera.
