District administration Rajouri has declared 14 higher secondary schools of different education zones as "hard zone institutions."
The decision will largely benefit the lecturers to be posted in these educational institutions on academic arrangements as they shall be paid remuneration of Rs 14000 against Rs 10000 paid to those posted in plains.
The 14 institutions declared as hard zone institutions include HSS Budhal, HSS Samote, HSS Kandi, HSS Jamola, HSS Panihad, HSS Peeri, GHSS Darhal, HSS Khawas, HSS Ghambir Mughlan, HSS Taryath, HSS DehriRalyote, BHSS Darhal and HSS Koteranka.
Pertinently, the notification of for filling up of more than 155 vacant posts of lecturers in the district on academic arrangements is issued.
The decision of administration aims to encourage and facilitate the candidates for serving in these far flung and hilly areas.
The administration has also finalised plan to provide residential accommodation to all those lectures who will serve in hard zone.
