Poonch, Aug 2: Army last night found a deaf and dumb person near Bathar Bridge here who was subsequently handed over to police, officials said on Wednesday.
GNS reported that the unidentified person was found in injured condition and was later handed over to police by the army.
The person was later shifted to District Hospital Poonch for treatment, they added.
