An army man was injured on the Line of Control in Nowshera Kalal area of Rajouri district on Saturday.
Reports said an incident of cross border firing took place at about 05:30 PM in which a bullet fired from across the LoC hit an army sepoy.
The injured army man was immediately evacuated to a nearby hospital and later shifted to command hospital Udhampur for advanced treatment.
Sources said that the incident seemed to be a sniper shot by Pakistan army.
