Rajouri Dec 19: Security forces on Sunday claimed to have busted an "espionage racket" in J&K's Rajouri district by arresting two persons they said shared information of sensitive security establishments with "handlers sitting in Arab countries".
The duo, the identity of whom was not immediately known, were held by a team of police headed by SHO Rajouri Sameer Jillani, an official said.
"They were questioned jointly and it came to fore during investigation that they were in touch with some handlers sitting in Arab countries," he added.
As per the official, the arrested duo have recently made some videos of sensitive security establishments and shared the same with their handlers.
"Prima facie it has been established that they also received some amount of money".
A case under relevant sections of law including the Official Secrets Act has been registered in Rajouri police station and further investigation is going on, added am official.
