Rajouri, Nov 1: The festival of Karwachouth was on Wednesday celebrated with rich religious zeal and enthusiasm across Rajouri and Poonch districts with women offering special prayers at temples.
Karwachouth is a religious event on which women observe fast throughout the day offering prayers for long life and well being of their husbands.
Special events are organised at places especially the temples to mark the occasion with women open their day long fast after offering prayers.
