Many government schools in thus frontier district are in shambles.    

The Government Boys Middle School Budhal, comprises of only two rooms as the rest of the building got damaged two years ago. " In one room students class 8th students  study while half portion  of the room has been converted into the school office while in other room some more classes are run and remaining students are forced to take their classes  at an open verandah of the school building, " locals saod, adding that " Even the existing two rooms need urgent repair ".

While sharing their worries with Greater Kashmir, students of the said school said that they have to face immense hardships due to worst condition of building and their problem escalate amid rainy days.

They further demanded that department of education should pay concern to their problem.

Vice Chairman of Budhal United Front Shahnawaz Khaki said that Budhal is one of the most far flung area of the district and has been ignored at every front by government authorities.

He added that Government Middle School Budhal is facing government neglect and overall system of education is badly affected. 

The Chief Education Officer Rajouri, Chowdhary Altaf Hussain told Greater Kashmir that process to repair the school building has already been set into motion.

He added that due to some issue of enrolment of students in this school as well as in nearby middle school, department is planning to club both the school for their better functioning.
