Rajouri youth condemn Kashmir killings

Muslim community youth from Rajouri today condemned the killing of civilians in Kashmir and warned the State government to “restore normalcy in the Valley or be ready to face people’s wrath in this border region”.

Muslim community youth from Rajouri today condemned the killing of civilians in Kashmir and warned the State government to "restore normalcy in the Valley or be ready to face people's wrath in this border region".

A protest demonstration was today staged by the youth who were led by senior youth leader Shafqat Mir, Mati Mir and others.

While raising slogans against the killings of civilians in Kashmir, the youth activists said that loss of precious human lives is not tolerable "but state government is acting as mute spectator to the same".

"Mehbooba Mufti was talking of healing touch before elections but the same is missing now", said a speaker, adding that the government is responsible for the present situation in Kashmir.

The youth activists also warned State government that "if the situation does not improve in Valley and people continue to get killed then youth of Rajouri will have no other option than to stand up against the government".
