Three shops were damaged in a mysterious blaze in Palmamarket of Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir last night.
As per locals, flames erupted from the business structureowned by Anil Kumar resident of Palma around midnight.
The flames, according to locals, soon engulfed all threeshops in the structure.
An official said that firefighters rushed to the spot soonafter receiving the information and brought the fire under control.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known, howeverlocals staged a protest today demanding a probe into it.
The protesters, who blocked Rajouri-Kotranka road, said thatit was a sabotage.
