Rajouri Oct 22: Two Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) recovered by the security forces during an ongoing encounter in Bhata Dhurian village in J&K’s Poonch district were destroyed through controlled explosion on Friday, officials said.
An official said the IEDs, weighing several kilograms, were found planted in bushes by a search team of security forces in the area falling in Mendhar sub-division.
Later, a special squad of the security forces was called in and the devices were destroyed.
