
A video of scuffle between a doctor and attendants of an injured patient at public health centre (PHC) Moughla went viral on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the district administration has ordered into inquiry into the whole incident.
As per an official of the district administration, the sub-divisional magistrate Kalakote and deputy chief medical officer Rajouri shall inquire into the matter to bring out the truth in the case.
As per reports, the incident took place on the intervening nights of October 30-31 when a patient with head injury was brought to PHC Moughla.
There, reports said, the attendants of the patient asked the head pharmacist to get the patient treated who in turn asked them to woke up a doctor sleeping in his room.
Later, after knocking at the door of the doctor several times, the attendants of the patient broke open the door of the doctor's room, said reports.
It was followed by exchange of verbal duel between the attendants of the injured patient and the doctor, reports added.
This whole incident was recorded in the camera by certain people who were present in the hospital at the time of the scuffle and the same had gone viral on the internet sites.
Taking cognizance of the video that has gone viral, DDC Rajouri Mohmmad Aijaz Assad ordered an inquiry into the whole incident.
The enquiry committee constituted comprises of the sub-divisional magistrate Kalakote and deputy chief medical officer Rajouri.
DDC has directed the enquiry committee to submit a detailed and factual report within a period of three days positively, so that action under law could be initiated.
