Srinagar, Apr 15: Apni Party Vice President, Usman Majid, today said that let it be known that nobody can dare to dictate to him whom to vote for. According to a press release, he was addressing a meeting of party functionaries in Banidpora to discuss the upcoming Parliament elections. Majid reiterated his steadfast commitment to maintaining independence in his voting choices, firmly asserting, “nobody can dictate for whom and for which party I have to vote.”
In a resounding declaration of allegiance to the national interest and the welfare of the people, Majid said, “I will support the party that works in the national interest and prioritises the well-being of the people of J&K.” Emphasizing his role as a representative of the people, he reiterated, “I am only the agent of the people, not the agent of any other entity or interest. I will continue to work tirelessly as the people’s agent, advocating for their rights and welfare, “the Apni Party leader added.
“Let it be known that nobody can dare to dictate to me whom to vote for. My allegiance is to the national interest, the welfare of my people, and the principles of democracy. I will continue to uphold these values with unwavering determination and integrity,” Majid said. In the gathering of senior functionaries of the Apni Party Banidpora, a unanimous declaration of allegiance and unity resounded as they reaffirmed their commitment to their leader, Usman Majid, and his ideology.
“At the heart of the meeting was a collective assertion that we are not components of any arbitrary A team or B team. Rather, they proudly proclaimed themselves as the unified team of their leader, Usman Majid. With unwavering conviction, they stated, that they are not anybody’s A team or B team. We are the team of our leader, Usman Majid,” the press release said.
Furthermore, they made it unequivocally clear that their affiliation lies squarely with Usman Majid and his visionary ideology. They emphasised their unwavering loyalty and dedication to upholding the principles and values championed by their leader. In a resounding endorsement of Usman Majid’s leadership, the functionaries reiterated their commitment to advancing his agenda for the betterment of the people of J&K. They pledged to work tirelessly towards realizing his vision of progress, prosperity, and peace for the people, the press release added.
