Waheed Parra addresses party meetings

Srinagar, Apr 26: PDP candidate for Srinagar parliamentary constituency Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra today held party meeting at Barthana, Shateng and Hawal here in connection with his election campaigning.

According to a press release , he emphasised the party’s commitment to performance, valuing its workers and expressing readiness to take challenges head-on in way of serving the people.

   

Parra urged the party workers to focus on demonstrating strength and solidifying the party at the grassroots level in order to work effectively for the cause of people of J&K. He said that every functionary must work to live up to being members of PDP that is a formidable force struggling for the people of J&K.

“Our founder Mufti sahab, had a deep emotional connection with Srinagar. His personal history and the time he spent in Srinagar contributed to his understanding of the city’s needs and aspirations. This connection also influenced the party’s focus on addressing the concerns of the people of Srinagar and advocating their interests. His affection for Srinagar and his dedication towards its development could be seen as a driving force behind the party’s efforts to represent the city effectively,” Parra said.

Arif Laigaroo urged the workers to prioritize performance based work to mitigate people’s sufferings and strengthening the party at gross root level. “We must work for our people selflessly and earn their trust and confidence based on our empathetic work approach,” he added.
