Srinagar: J&K Sqay team lifted second national Sqay black-belt championship at Nagpur Maharashtra by bagging six medals.
 In the championship, J&K bagged three gold medals, two silver and one bronze. With the help of six medals in the championship, J&K emerged as the over all champion while second place was bagged by Maharashtra. Third place went to Kerala.
 For J&K, Mudasir Sofi, Shagufta Mehraj and Masrat Wani bagged gold medals while Jagjeet Singh and Tariq Ahmad clinched silver. The lone bronze medal for J&K was bagged by Nusrat Wani.
 In the championship, 115 players representing 24 states of the country participated. The championship was organized by Sqay Federation of India.
