As part of the All India India Football Federation (AIFF) Baby Leagues football tournament project under the FIFA Forward Programme, a competition was held at Pampore by District Football Association, Pulwama.
The league started on October 12, and in it competitions in U-8/9, U-10/11 and U-12/13 were held. Each group composed of eight teams, all of whom played against each other twice. In total 56 matches were held in each age group and a total of 168 matches were played in three categories.
The competition by other operators of the League, going to be conducted by SFA, Green Valley Edu Inst, ISK School, Burnhall School, Presentation Convent, Sanctorum Edu. Inst, Sopore, DFA Kupwara,DFA Kulgam & DFA Bandipora Operators will start after Oct 22.
